The Graben wine-cellar produces high-quality wines: the winemakers use cutting edge techniques and technologies in their wine production and are also constantly expanding the range of wines they make. They offer professional wine tastings in a cosy ambience with plenty of home-made bread as well as cold cuts on request. The speciality of the house is gelly-wine, rose hip in wine distillation, Breckland thyme in wine distillation, walnut schnapps and dry plums in red wine.
