The legend says that in Jereslavec Countesses Jerica and Slavica once dreamed of eating a dish, a domestic one, but still something special. Centuries later, this daydream grew into a wonderful reality, as today, a Slovenian flock of ostriches graze in this area. Modri vrat (Blue neck) is a brand of Slovenian quality, which ensures peaceful and natural breeding of ostriches, our own antibiotic-free grain feed mix and traceability of the product from an egg to the table.
