The apartment is located just 800 m from the Terme Čatež spa with easy access to the Ljubljana – Zagreb motorway. Embraced by trees and flowers you can gather new strength and give your body and soul some good rest. Situated by a natural spring where a wooden mill slowly turns, this is a calm and peaceful place to escape the stresses of everyday life. Just above the brook, you will find a hiking path on Sveti Vid hill. Cycle paths lead to the town of Brežice and the Terme Čatež spa which is a only a short distance away. There are organic farms in the vicinity from which fresh food can be purchased. If you are feeling more active, there is a football-field and a basketball court.

By the stream where the source of water turns a wooden mill wheel it is a quiet place to unwind. Above the stream, you will find a hiking trail to St. Vitus. Near the apartment, there is a football pitch and basketball court. Bicycle routes to the town of Brežice and the Terme Čatež Spa are nicely arranged. Upon prior arrangement, you can visit organic farms in the area.
After a busy day, you can relax in the sauna. Body massages and hairdressing services are also available in the salon. The apartment provides accommodation for 4 adults + 2 children. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and a wash basin. The children's room – baby room – is separated so parents can enjoy watching TV in the peace of the living room or on the outdoor terrace. There are two small beds in the room – one with a railing of 120x60 cm and the other a little larger (160x70 cm. Next to it, there is a special room for a wardrobe and shoes.
The Mokrice Castle nearby is a wonderful place for romantic walks and playing golf. You can also visit the Zevnik farm to ride horses and enjoy the terrain riding. You can go paddling on the Krka River and enjoy swimming, while the Sava River is a good place for fishing. From Čateške toplice you can cross the Sava River by boat to Mostec and take a walk or have a meal and ice cream at the Cetin Inn. The old town center of Brežice offers a tour of the Brežice Castle and the Water Tower. You can also take a stroll by the Brežice reservoir.
