Calendula helps regulate circulation and menstruation, supports blood cleansing, and is beneficial for impure skin. Traditionally, it is used for stomach disorders, inflammation of the colon, diarrhea, edema, and to stimulate the production and secretion of bile. It may also provide support in cases of gastritis, peptic ulcers, Crohn’s disease, colic, and fungal infections such as candida.
Recommended dosage:
20 drops in a glass of lukewarm water, 2–3 times daily.
