Dried and ground 100% aronia / aronia pomace. Allergen-free. The seeds and skins contain the highest concentration of valuable natural compounds.
Usage: Aronia powder can be mixed into yogurt, cereals, grains, smoothies, honey, sponge cake, or bread, and sprinkled over strudels and other desserts. It can also be used to prepare tea or a beverage.
The powder may be consumed on its own, but not in dry form.Recommended daily intake: 1–2 teaspoons, once or twice daily, not exceeding 15 g per day.
