International Children’s Singing Festival Brežice

Between 21 and 23 August 2026, Brežice will host the 10th International Children's Singing Festival Brežice, bringing together 67 talented young performers from seven countries.

For the past decade, the festival has provided young singers aged 5 to 17 with the opportunity to perform on a professional stage, gain valuable experience and connect with peers from different countries through music. Over the years, it has established itself as one of the region's leading platforms for young vocal talents.

This year's anniversary edition introduces an important novelty – both semi-final evenings will be held at the Brežice Cultural Centre for the first time, while the Grand Final will once again take place in the beautiful courtyard of Brežice Castle, home to the Posavje Museum Brežice.

The contestants will be evaluated by an international panel of experts, with the best performers advancing to the Grand Final, which will also be recorded for television. To mark the festival's 10th anniversary, the organisers are preparing a special musical surprise that will make this milestone edition even more memorable.
