The Posavje Festival of Thematic Trails, taking place in May and June, invites you to discover the landscape through movement, exploration and experiences.
In the Posavje region, more than 30 organised tours take place, leading visitors along diverse paths that reveal varied natural and cultural beauties.
Each trail is designed as a holistic experience. Professional guidance, educational programmes and interesting interpretations of the area allow visitors to truly get to know the environment they are moving through. The festival thus combines recreation, learning and exploration.
Cuisine and local stories
Special emphasis is also placed on local cuisine and the stories of the people who live in this area. Along the way, visitors can taste characteristic dishes, meet local providers and experience Posavje through its flavours, tradition and hospitality.
The festival is part of the pan-Slovenian initiative Slovenia Walks (Slovenija hodi), which promotes an active lifestyle.
